Breast Massage
INSPIRED BY ALL THE PRETTY TITTAYS IN MY LIFE AND WANTED TO MAKE A MEDICINE SPECIFICALLY FOR THEM.
BREAST MASSAGE
So many right ways to do it, and so few wrong ways. Here are a few visual ideas, but feel free to be creative. As long as it feels comfortable and you can tell that the glands and tissue of the breast are being moved and stimulated, you’re doing it right.
But why do it? And how often?
Since we have lymph nodes located right at the edge of our breasts near the armpit, cancer cells that may reside in the breast--or that have already been eliminated by it--often become trapped in these nodes and can become a magnet for cancer.
Daily breast massage is one of the best ways we can naturally coax our bodies to release these toxins from our system. It also assists the delicate feminine hormonal system in achieving and maintaining a healthy balance within the body, easing the passage of hormones and other chemicals through our body’s internal ducts, allowing us to have fewer PMS symptoms as well more regular menstrual cycles. Massaging the breasts is also very stimulating to our internal tissues and muscles, resulting in larger, firmer breasts with a daily massage regimen.
Remember to give your tatas some extra good love today.
Made with a blend of 7 lymphatic-cleansing herbs:
Wild Indigo root, Dandelion root, Cleavers, Echinacea, Astragalus root, and Calendula.
While these would be great made into a tea or tincture as well, this healing balm is perfect for daily massage. Use alone or use with a friend! Have fun! Take care of the titties. They take care of us.
